The worst soldering job that somehow manages to work.
Since I assembled my PC the other day, I wanted a headset with a mic for super sweaty tryhard siege sessions. The Xbox headset goes through the controller and some magic happens and it only needs one aux cord to give and receive audio.
So I removed the mic from the Xbox headset and soldered it to a spare aux cord laying around, and wa-la! Now I have a working mic for PC (I tested it.) Now I just need to put it back into the headset and my Xbox headset will now work on PC.
