Loved it. Is about life, family, racing, obsession, responsibility.
Particularly interesting I found that Frank Williams is not a perfect man. He may have been incredibly fit and passionate about cars and racing. But he also has made many mistakes, is a poor communicator, selfish and far from a perfect father or family man. He really just spent his life around racing because it’s the only thing he cares about.
I wish I was as passionate as him about anything, or half as able to forgive my own follies and failings.
Senna and Williams: similar movies, great movies both. Hope The Art of Racing in the Rain turns out somewhere in the ballpark. Critics suggest not.
