That's right ya'll, not only did I win the most prestigious event in parking lot motorsports, I set a new track record while doing so! 31.67 seconds, that's all I needed to hustle the 2015 BMW 228i around the ultra challenging auto X course at Santa Anita Park. I'd like to thank Dunkin Donuts for fueling me up proper this morning and team "United Services" for having my back during this grueling endurance race.
Our driver change times may have been rather pathetic, we may have had 4 seconds in team penalties due to car on cone violence, but we still beat team "Cult" by a full second and a half.
If that's not a testament to superior driving skills, then I don't know what is.
I look forward to continuing my run to the top at the legendary Half Hour du Whole Foods here in Venice. I'm confident that not only will it only take one lap to find a parking spot, I'll be able to get one facing west, thus saving precious minutes on exit.
Complete coverage of my "Ultimate Driving Experience" days coming soon.
Andrew Maness writes about cars because he has one and also has a computer. He's been known to drunkenly Tweet as @thisnicelife and upload photos to@theroadlessdriven. He also has a YouTube Channel and thinks talking about himself in the 3rd person is really weird but knows it's necessary if he wants to be taken seriously as an Oppo contributor.
