Tom kah gai +

tom kah gai is usually only made with chicken and mushrooms. I felt like that was a little weak for a soup so i added some other vegetables that are typical to Thai dishes so i added carrots, onions, baby corn, and water chestnuts. the broth is about 50/50 chicken broth and coconut milk. there are some ginger root slices, lemon grass, garlic, and a spoonful of fish sauce for flavor, along with a bucket of sriracha sauce.

my boss said i need my own microwave cuz its stinking up the place.
