Has it been this long? It’s time for another one of my series of importable <25 year old cars found on German Ebay.
I’ll start with this restored 1974 Fiat 500. €3160, reserve not met.
Armoured 1976 Mercedes Benz L306 diesel money truck. Originally Dutch.
1972 Opel Admiral sedan. Somewhat of a beater, but rare. ‘runs well, little rust’. €3499, BIN.
1984 Ford Escort. Extremely clean. €1999, zero bids.
Former German fire department 1984 VW Transporter T3. €2253, reserve not met. Does seem rather clean.
1973 Peugeot 304 convertible. ‘Engine runs, transmission shifts’. €1003, reserve not met.
1972 Mercedes Hanomag 206 pickup truck. Will need work. €64, no reserve, 8 days left.
Rear engined 1983 Skoda 105l with poorly framed pictures which were taken in the future. €1490, BIN.
Very clean looking 1986 VW Polo, 29 years with one owner. €256, no reserve.
1989 Suzuki Alto. About as small as a car with a backseat can get. Very close to a Kei car as well, although the 800cc (0.8L) engine is too large for a Kei. The 76k km and automatic transmission probably mean it was owned by an elderly person.
I’m slightly cheating here because it’s not on ebay, but here’s a 1986 Honda Accord Aerodeck for €1500. These are super rare. This is the only one with an engine I could find, and seems to be in good condition. It’s a poverty spec vehicle though, with an automatic and the carbed in stead of the fuel injected engine. Only 118k km.
