Edit: Would it be possible to just remove the tie rod end from the hub and spin the nut and tie rod off together? The lock nut doesn’t have a problem spinning with the tie rod, so could I just pop it out of the hub and take them both off at the same time?

Without a lift or dislocating one of your shoulders?

I’ve tried using a cheater pipe. But there’s no room without angling the wrench. But since then the round part of the tie rod causes the wrench to slip off.


Overall it just seems like there’s no natural way to put reasonable force on both wrenches. You get in a good position on one and your other arm’s in some awkward ass position and can’t do shit.

I’m really starting to hate this car.
