Out in the daylight, for the first time in who knows how long.

We’re in the process of cleaning out my grandparents’ old house, so I spent part of the weekend going through their cellar. The most interesting thing I found was this wooden creeper; a Model J Jeepers Creeper by Lisle Corporation.

I’m familiar with Lisle, and have a few of their more recent tools. I’m unsure of the age of this thing, though I think it’s on the newer side as the rollers are made of nylon (though, they do have Pat. Pending molded on them). I’ll clean it up a bit (mainly get the dirt off), and it will probably eventually end up hung on the wall as a decoration.

Other finds include the Black & Decker power tools below, and a few hand tools (which I didn’t grab a picture of). A lot of the hand tools were in really rough shape (almost entirely rust, with plating peeling off.)
