Ernie, to me, has been the “face” of the Kinja team for as long as Kinja’s been Kinja-ing. About half of the times I’d submit a ticket via e-mail to Kinja Support, Ernie would be first to respond. But on many occasions, he’d pop up right there in the comment sections to help troubleshoot. His presence “in the trenches” as it were, showed an eagerness to put things right. Through our seemingly unending frustrations with Kinja, Ernie was always polite and patient. I’m gonna miss him.
