Just had a fantastic, lean (for me anyways) breakfast.
Parmesan omolette, grilled Tomkin tomatoes and some Cumbrian dry cured back bacon.
Oh man it was heavenly.
As the crap with Kinja, Nibbles or (well, who ever the hell it is), won’t let me post pictures you’ll have to take my word for it.
But seriously. Grate some parmesan into a small frying pan covering the whole surface 1cm (2 fifths an inch) deep while the pan is cold, heat till melted and then add two beaten eggs and then nurse the pan like you would any omolette. When ready, fold in half and serve.
