Every year I make a batch of gingerbread cookies for my sisters, nephew, and nieces. This year I used my new LEGO cookie cutters.
Then made my first and successful try at rum balls. About a 1/4 cup of Myers dark rum in there. :D
I used this recipe and a little bit more rum ;)
And made peppermint bark. Recipe did not mention once you add the peppermint extract to melted chocolate it becomes a big semi hard lump of crap that wont flatten :| Had to run to wally world and get more chocolate.
Well worth the trouble.
