There’ve actually been two Mascots. The first, made in the 1920s, was best described as a motorcycle made into a car by building it into a four wheeled chassis.

The second, which I’ve actually been able to get a picture of, was made in 1955 (production started and stopped at almost the same time) by Folker Höggren from Visby in southern Sweden. He used a 50cc engine from ILO and persuaded the authorities to treat it as a light motorcycle.

Note the rhd. Even though this was a dozen years before the change to the right most cars in Sweden at the time were lhd.

Varsågod.
