eSports organizations field two main squadrons and a reserve for substitutions. You can have either an air-to-air team deathmatch or objectives race where each team has a base or protected assets like a carrier task force. Skins and emblems are based on the teams; team comms are actual comms from the players, with VR setups for screens. Best-of-3 in group stages and knockout stages up until the Final 4 and Finals, where it becomes a best-of-5. Prize pool of somewhere around $50,000 plus sales of skins and emblems based on the tournament.
