Well, I'm allowed to drive my car on public roads for another year. I had to pay ¬£100, all in all, including the cost of the test itself. All that needed sorting was my front anti-roll bar, which had apparently come loose from its moorings‚ÄĒexplaining why my car hasn't felt quite as 'zesty' or composed as it generally does for the last month or so.

Now that's sorted, it's time for some rally! (Note: I do not rally my car, much as I'd love to. Still, a post with videos of Peugeot 106s rallying is more exciting than a post with a picture of a Peugeot 106's MOT certificate.)
