I ended up removing a few of the bolts out of the side of the grill and the was able to wiggle the light out without removing the upper radiator support. We all had a good laugh at work last night.

It looks like something shorted in the dash and started the fire.

This is my fathers hand. A hydraulic line blew that extends the tow bar out. He had to use another truck to lift it off the ground and hold it up in the air. The chain was hold the inner piece up a little bit and once he threw the chain off it came down on his finger.
