Engine was up to temp, radiator was pretty close, clutch was very easy to overcome.

This one came off of one of the police training vehicles. They usually burn up from driving them so hard and the gear oil just can’t handle the heat. I’ve replaced a lot of them.

So the story is a morning guy installed the diff, could have filled the diff but didn’t. Job rolls over to a green night guy to finish up the job by installing axles, should have confirmed that there was oil in the diff but didn’t and sent the truck out.
No flex section. It’s literally cat, then 2 feet of pipe to 2 90 degree sections with a vibration dampener, THEN a hanger. It’s very poorly designed
Electric power steering control box. Side by side was flipped and sat on its side for days while the battery leaked acid on it.
