This year, the iRacing’s Roar Before the 24 features the Ford Mustang, Kia Optima, and the Miata Cup car in a 2.4 Hour contest (2 Hours and 24 Minutes). This should be a great race and a rare opportunity to experience these cars on a full fuel run (something that rarely happens).

The cars to choose from feature 3 interesting lower powered sports cars.

The Miata Cup car is the classic SCCA spec Miata. A low powered high agility car. It will be the slowest car in the race. It will also be the most popular. The best part is, it is included with your iRacing subscription, so you can race today.

If you are looking to drive for Team Oppo in the 24 Hours of Daytona. This will be a great opportunity to get familiar with the track. It is very beneficial to experience the track in a low powered car to get the lay of the land.
