Somehow after an unknown-but-likely-larger-than-240k amount of miles the shocks on the Miata are still good, and now they have upgraded springs to go with them. 400 front, 350 rear. Lowered the front a half inch, the rear roughly 3/4 inch. Underdampened (obviously) but not enough to be the bouncy disaster my Civic was when I did this sort of thing. Also disconnected the rear sway bar. The ride is stiff with minimal body roll and an ever so slight tendency to oversteer. I dig it.
