The Celica was the one of the dark sides of Toyota. It was compared by the Ford Mustang back in the 70's, brought out into the drifting world in the 80's, and battled its way through forests, alps and deserts in Group A rallying in the early 90's. Juha Kankkunen, Didier Auriol and the legend Carlos Sainz: these three men conquered their way through rally stages and won so many times...until 1995 when the ST205 was unveiled. When FIA heard that Toyota Team Europe were cheating by using an illegal air turbo restrictor, they were pulled out of the series for 12 months/1 year. Soon, they used Toyota Corollas.
Now I will admit, this Celica does not have All-Wheel-Drive, but it's got a turbo!
