So on January 1, 2018, my fatass weighed 278 lbs. So I did try to eat better this year, including dropping 11 lbs the first month. But with no time to exercise due to work and little free time for social life, my weight fluctuated month to month. The good news is that I never gained back enough to match my starting weight, with closest being within 3 lbs. Anyway, I only weighed myself at the beginning of each month to keep from obsessing over this. Well as of this afternoon when I woke up from NYE celebrating, my scale showed 255 lbs (254.6 to be exact). 23 pounds, averaged 1.9 lbs a month or .48 lbs/week. Not bad, eh? Still a fatass, just less of me🤣🤣😋😋🤣🤣
So obviously, my new year’s resolution (one of many) is to not only keep this going but to put in the extra effort. I will have to figure out how to fit in time for the gym — the easiest would be to go before work. Gym opens @ 5 am. Have to be at work by 7 am. BUT I FUCKING HATE MORNINGS.
