So...I’ve been working nonstop since 19 when I dropped out of college for the second time. I currently work for a kids education company and get paid rather well but the hours aren’t great until the spring/summer. I live in NJ too where rent even for a basic apartment is 800-1100 a month, add to that a car payment, insurance, gas, food, and phone bill. My big hang up is do I leave a job where I’m basically second from the top, love my bosses and co workers, and have been here for a couple years to pursue something more financially rewarding?
