In short: taking courses for a work related designation; took one course, found out after taking the exam it has a high failure rate, was upset since I felt I missed a lot on the exam, but found out today I passed. It wasn’t a pretty win, but a win nonetheless.

I feel like I deserve this:

I also have a foccaccia dough resting, topped with sesame seeds, black pepper, some herbes de provence... should I put cheese on it when I bake it? I have shredded mozzarella that I could use.


Doesn’t look like much... kind of looks like shit, actually. Turns out that this was weird to photograph since the black pan and stovetop and the white dough mess with the auto exposure. When it comes to bread, the finished product looks a lot nicer.
