One Man, Three Beautiful Cars

In his article earlier today about the LA Auto Show, Patrick George dropped this little tidbit:

Largely credited to German-born designer Albrecht Goertz, who also penned the stunning BMW 507 and later the Datsun 240Z/Nissan Fairlady Z, the 2000GT echoed many sports cars of its time, including the Jaguar E-Type and others.

You read that correctly: One man, an Herr Albrect Goertz, designed three of the most unassailably beautiful cars of all time: the BMW 507 roadster, the Toyota 2000GT, and the Datsun 240Z.
