Subtle and cheeky. See that little red warning triangle on the back bumper of this Jaguar MkII?
Every MkII had it. It was supposed to “warn” the driver of the car behind that the Jag was equipped with disc brakes, and was therefor capable of stopping much quicker than whatever plebeian oxcart they were driving. It was literally a from-the-factoryversion of those anti-tailgating bumper stickers you see on old trucks. I say cheeky and put “warn” in quotes because the badge was obviously far too small to actually serve its purpose.
