Did the clearcoat last night. Two tack coats followed by 6 heavy coats spaced 20 minutes apart of Duplicolor Automotive Laquer Enamel. Only downside is the area outside of where I blended the clear into the factory clear is covered in a white haze of overspray that I’ll buff off later and see how well the repair actually blends. Going to give it a couple weeks to cure before I try any wet sanding to get rid of the orange peel but it’s not horribly noticeable in a silver metallic car anyways.
