Why did you decide that it should take two clicks to get back to the account summary screen? Seriously, it should take on click to get from an account detail view to the summary view. Did you just lock a bunch of drunk monkeys in a room and tell them to develop your UI. It is horrible and getting worse every time you change it. It is so bad that I am considering changing banks purely so I don’t have to deal with the incoherent mess that is your online banking.

This was surely ineffective, but it was at least cathartic. They asked for feedback and they got it. Again.
