So I started working out again and I’m trying to drop 10-15 lbs. Have had about 1200 calories so far today. Going out to dinner tonight and found some fair choices where we are going. Boneless medium hot wings with celery are 8 for 420 calories if I skip the blue cheese, a bowl of chicken gumbo soup for 140 calories and then either a 140 calorie Guinness or about 100 calorie light beer. I’m 5'10" at 201 to start. Next week I’m trying to cut down to 1700-1800 calories a day on weekdays, maybe do a day or two at about 1500. Tomorrow night is steak and corn on the cob or grille so I have to really eat skinny in the morning.

Spent 1 hour at gym last night and burned about 350 extra calories. Tonight I’ll work at at home after dinner for 15-20 minutes to get just a little weight time in.
