I’ve had these Arkana chairs for a while and hopefully in the next few months will also somewhere nice to put them (instead of languishing in the back of the office).

As they are from the 60’s and not well stored they need refinishing. The gel coat has crazed in places where the seat has flexed, and is quite stained in places- the photos flatter them.

Any suggestions on paints? Thinking- prep sanding, plastic/etch primer then a synthetic enamel over the top. Maybe a cellulose would be better?
