Part 3 and final part of my July 2016 South / Central Okanagan road trip coverage starts at Big White Ski Resort, which I reached by blasting down the entire length of the Kettle Valley Highway. One of the loneliest road in the entire Province, for on its ~100km length there is only 1 (Unincorporated, even!) Settlement along the way: Beaverdell.

On Day 2, I left Kelowna (I did a walkabout around my hotel on that morning, for which I will post the photos in a separate post), and proceeded up the Okanagan Highway to the City of Vernon... just to come back down again on the Westside Road (so named as it is carved out of the western bank of Okanagan Lake; the highway is on the eastern bank) (it is ranked #11 in the Destination Highways BC book). While on this road, I stopped at Fintry Provincial Park:

Finally, as I made my way towards home, I passed by the City of Merritt. And, as I usually do, I drove on Coldwater Road (ranked #19) to leave town... and took a few pictures before I started:
