I got my diabetic all clear the other day. For the last two and a half months I was pre-diabetes.
I went on a massive low carb diet, I don’t know how much in weight I lost as I didn’t want to know, but I’ve gone from a tight 48" waist trouser, to a loose 42" waist trouser.
Used low carb tortilla wraps and drinking Erdinger alcohol free beer. I tastes good and has vitamin B9 and B12, Diabetes U.K. recommends it because it’s low carb, with vitamins and isotonic with other health benefits.
I made chicken biryani with masala sauce, in wholemeal wraps topped with more masala sauce and grated mixed cheese.
