Not only did I make chili (inasmuch as browning some meat and throwing stuff in a crock pot then wandering off is “making”), but I also made some good progress on the front end of the Chevelle.

Finished removing the old undercoating (I’m very glad there is less and less of this still on the car every day; sick of it getting everywhere) and cleaned up the remaining surface rust and factory paint-edges with a stripping wheel on the die grinder.

Next up is some final prep work, a little masking, then the frame will be ready for primer. If I’m feeling ambitious tomorrow, it may be in primer by the end of the weekend. Paint (including firewall) will soon follow!
