Quarantine Canteen

In honour of ttyyymmnmn’s at-home concert, I may as well share one of the things I’ve been doing while being self/family isolated: I’ve been cooking (more than usual). Here’s a few of the things I’ve made in the past three weeks:

Also not shown:
- no-bake peanut butter cookies
- Roasted potatoes with thyme and olive oil
- Green beans with mushroom sauce
- Charbroil pork with rice noodles

The half-and-half cream (used in the ice cream, curry, chowder) came from work.  There was 4 liters that were about to expire (or had just expired), so I brought it home and put it to good use.  I’ve still got another liter to use.
