My review? Pffft.

Photo has nothing to do with the review, I just miss the good doggo. Screech was a hoot. Somehow this friendly, lazy dog was turned back in to the adoption organization for being violent, which is utterly incomprehensible to me. How’d he get the name “Screech”? Because when they rescued him he screamed in pain from all the worms. Dogs deserve so much better than we give them.
Good dog, Screech. I hope you found a fantastic home.

Not impressed with the awkward connector. Not impressed with the lack of documentation with the camera on how to use the awkward connector. Not impressed with the case I bought that the camera doesn’t actually fit properly. Not impressed with a No-IR filter camera that can’t see a 98º human face in the dark, but that’s just bad expectations management on my part.

I’d also managed to forget how awkward Linux is as a desktop platform. Apple has me so spoiled (although, in fairness, I’m sure Raspbian isn’t the most sophisticated Linux desktop around).

That’s all. Thanks for letting me ramble. G’night all, I shan’t be seeing any of you sneak up on me with this crappy camera (at least until I buy an IR illuminator, which, nah).
