If you have a grill, you need an electric rotisserie. I just find it so useful. My favorites are cooking a duck for thanksgiving. Another is getting a corned beef brisket on discount after St Patty’s day and cooking it with a dry rub. Both are just awesome, plus leave lots of leftovers for soups etc.
Be it a chicken, pork roast, turkey breast or beef roast and let it run at 300 degrees and you will find a lot of good eating!
