Monday this guy and I will begin morning runs for 30-45 minutes. I will be joining the county rec and swim 1 mile everyday. (Have been swimming with a work colleague, but genuinely had the potential as a teen and young adult to have become a world class swimmer)
I will not consume ice cream, brownies, cookies, cakes, candies, Chick-fil-a or any takeout for the next 6 months. I will only eat one animal based protein per day (eggs, lean red meat, chicken, turkey). I will drink between 1-2 gallons of water per day. I will eat mostly vegetables, fruits, brown rice and black beans for the next six months. Exceptions: I will only eat one meal on Thanksgiving and one meal on Christmas which will not include any pies, cakes, ice creams, candies, etc.
Disclaimer: I am on vacation in Michigan and realized that I have gone full on dadbod in only three years of marriage and at only age 30. Weight does not matter, but physical visceral fat loss does. When I return to the office on Tuesday, I will continue doing my hourly 40-50 push-ups.
