In December we made an appointment online to bring it in to the dealer for 14m01. Bring it in and he says that he cannot take it and it will be 2 weeks before he would have parts for us. Called the customer satisfaction program. They said that they couldn’t do anything because the tech didn’t determine that anything was wrong. Called every month since with nothing.
Then we got the 14m02 recall. Made an appointment online for tomorrow. Called today to make sure they wouldn’t waste out time again. This time he says that he won’t take the car for 2 months.
As you can guess, I am fuming. Not sure where to go. My Fiat Spider with 160k was at the shop less than this 3 year old car.
