Here in Canada, we have a dish called Poutine - it’s basically french fries with gravy and cheese curds. It looks something like this:

Mrs. BaconSandwich and I were just having lunch (a burger and fries) and noticed we had an avocado that also needed to be used up. Tasting the fries and avocado together made me think that someone needs to try making a Mexican Poutine. So I mentally made a recipe for it:

Mexican Poutine

- Hot fries
- Avocado (or guacamole)
- Sour cream
- Dash of lime juice
- Cilantro (optional)

1. Make sure fries are nice and hot. Place on plate or in a bowl.
2. Cover with chopped up avocado (or dollops of guacamole). Spread sour cream around on it as well, then dribble a little lime juice over the whole thing.
3. Eat immediately.

I think it’d be pretty good. Any Opponauts want to give this a shot?
