Strange Noise on Deceleration

Hey guys, on my 2010 Taurus SHO (with 3.5L EcoBoost twin turbo), I’ve started noticing a strange noise when i decelerate at slower speeds (might be happening at faster speeds too, but I just can’t hear it). It’s almost like the sound of an owl, if that makes sense. And it makes me worry something might be wrong with one or both of my turbo’s? I was faintly hearing it for the past few months, but it seemed far more pronounced yesterday. Any thoughts? Or any ideas on how I can further diagnose this on my own?

edit: I should add, not sure I should call it deleration, it happens when I let off the gas paddle while accelerating.
