Sunbird cleaning day.

The wheels still need some work as there is some caked on brake dust that I can’t seem to remove. And, I am going to look into eventually having the seats and carpets shampooed.

I did a wash and wax, though, and that 28-year-old paint actually shines up pretty well!

She’s full of assorted dents and dings and scratches, but nothing major. And, the best part of all: no rust. Nada. Zilch. I plan to keep it that way. No winter driving for this beast.

Up next is a windshield replacement to the tune of $245.00. And no, insurance won’t cover it, because it was broken when I got the car. Sigh.
