I get occasional updates from an auction house where I registered as a bidder a while back. I was looking for a cheap beater from a municipal auction.
Mint Jaguar Mk2! It was parked right next to a shop that seems specialized in old Jags. Very unexpected to find this kind of stuff in the middle of suburbian Paris! I’ll try to spy on the rest of their metal next time I’m there. More pics:
But I adore the F-Pace. By far my favourite CUV, and one of my favourite 4x4s outright. It’s like someone smashed together an F-Type and an XE and turned the combination into a CUV.
Wtf does F Pace even mean?
Headphones recommended, V12 goodness ensues.
Sucks that I “don’t have a license”, and I’m “not legal driving age”. Small details, people, small details...
XCar’s Alex Goy got to drive a C-type Jaaaaaaag in the Mille Miglia.
Land Rover / Jaguar is a sponsor.
As everyone knows, Jaguar created the XJS with the original intent of making it mid (rear) engined. They decided to go front engine, but didn't update the styling, so we're left with the famous buttresses seen here.
The Jaguar XK, designed by Ian Callum, has always been a personal favorite of mine. This specimen was seen parked in its natural habitat of a no-parking space along with a Land Rover Discovery at the North Carolina Museum of Art. Suspicion is that it was a ploy by the local JLR dealer.
This is your daily reminder that you lived through this. Please take a moment to reflect on the events of that fateful day.
Not only did it look great, but it sounded epic as well. The crackle of the exhaust appealed to my inner 8 year old
One of my neighbours bought this Jag XJ-S as a project for $2,000 last year, which was a steal. All parts from the previous owner are original. It's a 5-speed V12, one of 135 (?) made.
My buddy saw this car and showed me a shitty phone pic when we went to the Watkins Vintage races a while ago. Thinking it was so badass that I wanted to find better pictures, Lo ad behold there is a bit of a feature on it in hot rod magazine. Let's just say it's pretty badass.
