On set for ‘The Dirt’ - Motley Crue in LA 1981.
Say, is that a Ford key?
This comes about from Hondabro’s earlier post. Without searching, what movie did the Isuzu VX-02 Concept appear in? One free Internet to who gets it right. Edit: ranwhenparked wins it!
As we all know, cars can be more than just machines. Yes, at their core they are tools, but then so is the Swiss Army Knife my uncle gave me for Christmas a decade ago, and I treasure that thing like a police officer in a buddy-cop movie does his partner. But just like that zany partner, cars must have character to…
Imagine a future full of electric cars where everyone’s a passenger. Where traffic is not only managed but controlled by a digital network. Where on-demand ride-sharing services have become the norm, and the only human drivers are emergency crews behind the wheel of super-fast vintage “antiques” tasked with taking…

There are some on-screen cars that were seemingly perfect in their roles. Gone in 60 Seconds’ Mustang GT500; Miami Vice’s and Magnum P.I.’s Ferraris; the Dukes of Hazzard’s Charger; Get Smart’s Sunbeam Tiger; That 70’s Show’s Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser, etc.
Movie gets HUGE bonus points for having a Unimog and a Defender. These human survivors at least know what to drive. But other than that they seem like total assholes.
Here's the Dirt on Joe's Daytona. No, not her, information about the movie car from 2002 when they were selling it.
In other words, which vehicle featured in a movie has the best sound, in your opinion? I don't care if it's actually coming from the vehicle, or if it's added in post production. All I care about is how it sounds when I'm watching.
And I believe this may be the most jalop shot in movie history........
