I bought a package of Archer Farms Fire-Roasted Thin Pizza Crust. It's damn good.

I know some people don't like thin crust pizza. If you're one of those folks, skip it. However, if you like thin crust, this is good stuff. I brushed a thin layer of basil pesto onto the crust, then a thin layer of tomato sauce, then the rest of my toppings and then cheese. I like to put the cheese on last. 8 minutes in a 425 over on a pizza stone and then 1 more minute under the broiler on high to brown up the cheese just a touch and you've got a delicious pizza. The thin crust crisps up perfectly.
