I personally love them. Yes 4x4 would be more useful but since I don't do any off roading I feel 4x4 is a waste of money. I live in Edmonton AB so you must be thinking wouldn't you want 4x4 for snow? well yes you would for the 4-5 days a year you actually need it. For the other ~360 days a year the 4x4 doesn't get utilized. Winter tires are a way better investment for snow than 4x4. I'd rather save the $5-8K get a 2wd instead of 4x4 and lower it.
This 2014 Sierra is sporting a 4/7" drop, 22x9" wheels & 285/40R22 tires and I think it looks perfect.
