Use a rotisserie if available, 350 degrees, 1.75 hr for 2.5 pounds, 350 f. to get 165 f internal temp. We had broiled baby reds with garlic and broiled brussel sprouts with bacon and soy sauce. Great way to celebrate St Pats and leftovers for soup!
