The 1991 Callaway Twin Turbo Corvette (RPO B2K) with the 100 Plus package. 525 hp and probably close to 700 lb-ft that you could order at a dealership, thanks to SledgeHammer pieces added to the 403-hp and 580 lb-ft B2K package. A Corvette “GNX” if you will. Not bad for a pushrod V8—born in 1954 with an added fuel injection system from 1984—that came in a factory-warrantied car and passed 1990s emissions standards. The Aerobody aesthetics are a bit polarizing, complete with a zany 90's purple, but I could look past any misgivings.
