The people’s computer scientist

Illustration for article titled The people’s computer scientist

There are many names in the computer science hall of fame, but few command acclaim and appreciation quite like Donald Knuth. He’s a remarkable man, at age 82 still working on a project he started as a graduate student. One of his programs, TeX, is used by scientists around the world to document and publish their research.

Good read about a very humble, rounded man, even if you know nothing about the world of software development.
