The S10 got its annual wash and wax today.


The paint is FUBAR (I’ve never seen so many scratches and scuffs down to the metal - and the hood and roof have no clear coat left) so I just sort of half-assed it. But, it looks better than before. The wheels are sort of silver again instead of brown.

Don’t mind my hasty patch job of the driver’s seat. That keeps the padding in and covers the hole while simultaneously not costing $200.00 (10% of the total value of the truck) to fix like the upholstery shop wanted.


171k on it. Runs rough at times but never quits. A/C holds a charge for almost a year, and the 4WD, cruise, power windows/locks, and radio all work. Can’t ask for much more in a spare vehicle.
