I almost screwed up at the end, started to bend the wrong way, but was able to recover and get a good bend the right way around. If this were structural I’d question the massive work hardening in that corner, but all it does is hold the bottom of the fender, so it’ll be fine.

Decided I don’t need the little corner gussets, this is pretty stiff and the center will be welded to the remainder of the original for extra support.

Need to make one or two additional small pieces, then this will be ready to weld in, completing the repair on the passenger’s side. The drivers’ is in much better shape so it shouldn’t require as much fabrication, should just be a couple small patches.
