Today, after two months of adding lightness, I have gone under the two hundred pound mark. I have gone under 90kg actually, which is the actual celebration for me.

I don’t know why or how I did it... Alls I know is that if I want to break under 15% body fat as I intended to originally I will have to attend the gym and... ugh, win some weight back in muscle. So I’m probably going to stay at 197 pounds for a very little amount of time.
