I love the Central Coast of California a lot. But it is very expensive as living in CA always is. I have always wanted a ranch which SPAMbot and I discussed a little.

And 3000+ acres and “This unparalleled property consists of 9 fenced contiguous land parcels, four residences including main residence, manager’s residence, guest quarters and caretakers quarters, office buildings, fully-equipped livestock facilities, 13 wells, 22 water storage tanks, and flat prime farmland. Kept in impeccable condition, the ranching and livestock facilities include a large covered riding arena, horse walkers, cattle loading and squeeze chutes, livestock scale, walk-in meat cooler, abundant stalls, pens and fenced pastures, covered grooming stations, veterinary building, canine kennels, chicken coop, storage facilities, extra-large equipment garage, and multiple feed and tack rooms.” sounds just about right to me. Fuck me $20 million plus god knows how much in property tax and wages to make the land make you money...

Honestly this would be perfect if I added a nice car shop to it to. I would love to just run a ranch. It may be hard work but I would get to be outside and have something to show for work... Like good stock and healthy animals. Plus all that space. Too bad California is going to hell in a handbasket with all its blue... Maybe my CO ranch idea is better but I can’t imagine being that far from the ocean,
