Uptick of rarely coming to market vehicles locally

In the very small surveyed area near me it sure seemed this week produced a sizable amount of desirable vehicles from long term owners, or those very likely to become one, coming to market. This morning a 1969 Jaguar XKE 2+2 project popped up. Yesterday I found a 700hp M3. The day before a 1000hp Suburban. These are not retirees having what came oh so easy into their nest full of incredibly valuable eggs being ripped free of their clutches.

Can’t imagine what places outside the rust belt that normally see this type of stuff look like nowadays.

The bodywork is mostly done and ready for paint. Original color was British Racing Green with a sage green interior... complete original parts other than missing glass... motor turns freely.
